Modification of the voting rights regulations Since 2002 compenswiss has been exercising its voting rights for the Swiss shares it holds. compenswiss exercises its voting rights systematically and based on regulations issued by the Board of Directors (Voting rights regulations). Since 2002 compenswiss has been publishing its voting decisions in summary form on the internet site (Decision summary) and in the annual report (Annual reports). In a continuous effort to improve the corporate governance and transparency the Board of Directors decided on May 17th, 2017, to provide to the insured persons and the interested public an even more detailed view of its voting decisions. For this purpose and as of June 1st, 2017, compenswiss' voting decisions will be published on their internet site for each individual company after the general assembly. In order to preserve the independence of compenswiss, no further information or justification will be communicated.
